Start with the official checker
Accès Maroc asks for nationality, country of residence, passport type and other status information. It then returns the route that applies to that traveller 1.
Morocco's consular-services site links directly to Accès Maroc as the government platform for electronic visas. A page that is not linked by the ministry should not be treated as the official application form 2.
Why residence or another visa may matter
Some eVisa eligibility is conditional on holding residence or a visa from a qualifying country. Enter that information accurately and carry the supporting document used in the application 1.
The nationality rule and the supporting-status rule are separate. A residence card does not create eligibility if the official checker does not return an eVisa route for that combination 1.
Application steps
Before departure
Carry the passport used in the application and any residence card or foreign visa on which eligibility depended. Check that all documents remain valid for the travel dates 1.
An eVisa or authorisation permits travel to the border. Admission remains subject to Moroccan border checks and the conditions attached to the issued document 1.
